Yes, we offer demo version of our plugins that may vary depending on the product. After the expiration date the product will stop working.
Do I need a USB e-Licenser for the Demo version of the product? Yes, it's needed for both versions of our plugins.
What are the delivery charges for the USB e-Licenser? We charge 9 Euros worldwide for delivery of the USB e-Licenser.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Am I going to receive a boxed product?
No! Boxes are only for product presentation, but if you really really want the box we can send you the schematics file so you can print it. We know they are so fancy and we plan to make them real soon.

After purchasing in our shop you will receive an e-mail with an activation code and a link for downloading the product(s). Take good care of the code as it can be used just once! When you are done downloading the package you will need to install both our plugin and the e-Licenser software. You will also receive a PDF installation guide in the purchase email and we have also placed it in Dowloads section ( http://neoductiontools.com/downloads.php)
How do i get an invoice?

It could take up to one hour for the process to complete, and also it may happen that the email ends up in your spam folder, so check it out just in case. What is your returns policy?
You can return the products up to 14 days after purchase provided that you have not activated the license.
